EDIT: Retouched the whole thing... I kept the lineart and base colors but added new gradients, changed the BG and added some effects as well.

For me, the color combination is the charm in this picture. I just love bright colors, and this is the jackpot. I think that it was a good choice to have the hair and the clothing shade go together, and the face is also very elegant (definitely the word for it.)

Yup...I tried on 2 different computers, then I thought that could be the browser...but it loaded the same on IE, Mozzila or Opera. Must be the dArt server.
