Incredible work. Love how you did the transparency on the dress.

Did you color that in a separate layer and then did something to the opacity level?

Ah, both are lovely drawings, and I definitely love your contest entry. Very beautiful. The character is gorgeous; she has a nice design with the hair, the dress, and the wings (which are fantastic). Great background to match as well. Feels very romantic in a way and it's quite pleasing to the eye. Wonderful job and good luck :clap:.
